LCE NEWS UPDATE

Hey everyone! Jamie here!! So right now we have decided to not record anything new for a couple months and just…WRITE. And not music, we have decided to write a Romance Novel entitled Left Coast Heartbreak. It is about our past heartbreaks and the women who have done this to us. There are tons of sex scenes and also some cool shit about president Reagan and how he influenced the band.

But seriously…that’s not happening.

We are taking a break from recorded to write MORE MUSIC. This is better, right? I mean, we want these next songs we record to really kick major ass so when everyone hears it they will be like “OMG. WTF. THIS IS AMAZING!” in all caps locks.

Left Coast Envy is the last remaining piece of who we are as dreamers.  At times it feels as though the world feeds upon our youth and is rapidly turning freedom into something we used to feel. And although i assume we will eventually accept the inevitable responsibilities of our age, this band stands as our testament to a different place, beyond our endured realities. It is for everyone to be a part of, but most importantly it is for us. It’s who we are and who we wish to become. It is our vitality and this it seems, is our biography.
